Elisa's Pastry Shop is a family owned bakery that produces what many say are the best tasting, highest quality wedding cakes, specialty cakes and baked goods in New Jersey.

Elisa's prides themselves on family and is owned and operated by Elisa and her husband John.

After many years of owning Gian's Bakery of Howell and Jackson, Elisa and John took a few years off from the bakery business for some well deserved rest. After some time had passed, they missed the business and they're beloved customers, so they decided to open Elisa's Pastry Shop in Lakewood.

Elisa's is the best known Italian bakery on the Jersey Shore, and takes pride in providing its customers with elegant wedding cakes, buttery crumb cakes, freshly filled cannoli's, flakey lobster tails, and a large variety of cookies and pastries whose taste cannot be surpassed.
